What does a ticket include?

Eclipse Over Texas: Live from Waco includes presentations by astronomers and science educators, interactive activities, and safe guided viewing of the Sun as it progresses through the eclipse. Each ticket comes with a pair of ISO-certified solar glasses, available upon entry on April 8, 2024.

How do I reserve tickets?

Please use the link above to reserve a complementary ticket for Baylor faculty, staff and students. A limited number of tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

How will tickets be delivered?

Tickets will be delivered via email to your baylor.edu email address at the end of March. 

Are volunteer opportunities available?

Yes! We are looking for volunteers to help in a variety of capacities. 

Each volunteer will receive 1 free admission ticket, 1 event volunteer T-shirt, a snack/beverage, 1 free parking spot, 1 pair of solar glasses, access to indoor breakroom.
